Individual Therapy Sessions for Loss & Bereavement

In addition to offering pet loss/grief and compassion fatigue therapy, I offer support for all other types of losses. Whether you have lost a family member or friend, experienced a job loss, divorce, move of homes, or have gone through one of the many other types of loss individuals can experience during their lifetime, support is available.

Experiencing a loss can often leave individuals feeling broken, misunderstood, lost, and alone, especially if their loss is not taken seriously by others around them. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment for grievers to explore their losses, process emotions, identify healthy coping skills, and make meaning of their losses experiences. Taking the first step by reaching out for support can help you work through your grief, to not feel so “stuck” and to begin the healing process from your loss.

Getting Support

Grief comes in many different shapes and forms, and no two people’s grieving process looks exactly the same. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that fits your grieving style, needs, and cultural/religious/spiritual beliefs to promote healing.
